ZapCon, like most other arcade and/or pinball events around the country, relies on games from vendors and private collectors LIKE YOU!

Be a part of something magical by contributing an arcade game or pinball machine for this year's event. In exchange, you'll get free admission plus access to the exclusive Contributors Only After-Hours Party!

We guarantee your games will be returned in the condition in which they were supplied. If you are unable to transport your own games, a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service is available. All games supplied MUST remain on the floor and playable until the end of the event.

Want to Volunteer?
Give us 5 hours of your time, and we'll get you in the door for free. We need help with game pick-up and drop-off, as well as set-up and tear-down. Be advised: heavy lifting will be involved
